3CX Change Default Voicemail Greeting Globally

You can:

​a. Create a custom prompset: You will need to duplicate the one that you are currently using and name it with a custom name

​

​Dashboard->Settings->System prompts->Manage system prompts ->Copy prompt set

​

​b. Then you you can look for this message:

​

​

c. The system will allow you to upload your own message.

​

d. Please restart all the services to apply changes.
